I have through Weight To Go! found another health blog, even though I don't believe any diets but the method I use right now to maintain my weight....I have finally reached my goal of 55 kilograms and this is the hardest thing to do now is maintaining the goal at the same level or loose more. My diabetes nurse told me to exercise 30 minutes a day, but I cannot do it because I'm often tired when I come home from school. At most I can do my exercise 4 times a week and 2 of them includes a running session with field hockey and badminton for 1.5 hours each time. Even though I cheat sometimes with skipping my exercise two times there is something I can't go is the field hockey and badminton exercise. They are really fun ^^
My biggest enemy is the summer as I move to my family back in Malmö and there is no scheduled exercise thing I do so that will be a challenge.
